Adobe's Flash's software isn't going anywhere, but we do see how the the future of the Flash Player as an embedded plugin is definitely changing in the newly emerging and exciting landscape of the web.

With the robust features of JavaScript enhanced HTML5 and CSS3 are coming to more and more browsers, both desktop and mobile, the need for dynamic content, applications and games to live, locked inside a compiled player plugin is ending. Adobe's making strides in ensuring their creative suites accommodate the web's changing needs while evolving their intuitive and powerful design and development tools they've been providing for nearly two decades.

We've always advocated using the Flash player appropriately, leveraging its strengths, serving up compliant and accessible sites and applications.
